Our first action was to temporarily close our SHEEX store at the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania on March 13 in advance of the order from the Simon Property Group. We will carefully follow the directives of local, state, and national officials before reopening our store. The offices of the SHEEX headquarters in New Jersey are also closed. However, all employees are presently working remotely and taking the necessary and responsible preventative measures to help limit the spread of COVID-19. We are available by email or phone, and orders placed on our website — www.SHEEX.com — are still being fulfilled. Additionally, you can find SHEEX Sleep Solutions on Amazon, Bed Bath and Beyond, and dozens of other online retailers.
Finally, we have revised our return policy and implemented a temporary extended return policy as of March 24. SHEEX will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 nights of the purchase date. Everyone, please stay healthy and make sure you get 7-8 hours of good sleep every night. SHEEX is here to keep you cool, dry, and comfortable. Even during the most trying of times, we’re committed to being there when our customers and colleagues need us most.
